The B-Series Dia-Vac® pump is the smallest pump offered by ADI, providing exceptional quality, reliability and affordability. Available with 115/230v general purpose shaded pole or brush/ brushless 12/24v DC motor options. The B-Series general purpose AC motor is UL and cUL recognized and CE approved.

The B-Series Heated Head Dia-Vac® pump provides all of the excellent features of the normal B-Series Dia-Vac® pump but has the added ability to electrically maintain the gas temperature above the dew point. This is an ideal pump for hot/wet extraction systems required to precisely control the temperature of the gas all the way through the pump and into the gas analyzer up to 200°C. Elevated B-Series Dia-Vac® Pump

The B-Series Elevated Head Dia-Vac® pump is an alternative to the electrically heated version. With the ultra strong G-10 spacer; the pump head can be mounted into a heated enclosure while the pump motor remains outside at ambient temperature. Either high temperature Valox or Aluminum spacers (>176°C/350°F) insulate the bearings from the heat, while keeping the gaseous media from condensing inside the pump head. Maximum permissible temperature for the pump head is 200°C (400°F).

J-Series Dia-Vac® gaseous diaphragm sampling pumps are completely self contained and may be used for either built-in or portable applications. These economical oil-free, contamination-free and leak-free diaphragm pumps offer up to 13 SLPM, 23 InHg, and 29 PSIG in a single head configuration. J-Series Dia-Vac® pumps are exceptionally quiet and are available with Aluminum or Teflon-coated Aluminum wetted parts. They are an ideal choice for OEM customers.

The J-Series Heated Head Dia-Vac® pump provides all of the excellent features of the normal J-Series Dia-Vac® pump but has the added ability to electrically maintain the gas temperature above the dew point. Headline Filters

Headline Filters produce a wide range of products for the filtration industry, from filter elements, for coalescing or particulate duty, in a wide variety of industry-standard sizes to filter housings in a variety of materials for pressures up to 700 bar. To complement these products, we also offer a range of Membrane Separator housings for those applications requiring zero liquid entrainment.

Also available are disposable inline filters which offer the user a cost-effective and easy-to-replace robust filter suitable for portable analyser systems.

Headline Filters also produce adsorption products in a variety of forms, ideal for last-chance air purification and analyser protection. Disposable types eliminate the need to handle loose adsorbents although re-fillable versions are also available. Many different adsorbents are available to cater for virtually all requirements.

Compressed Air Filtration

These filters are suitable for a variety of gas and liquid applications. The disposable bonded microfiber filter elements are extremely efficient as well as being low cost. They offer high flow rates with very low pressure drops. All products conform to industry standard sizes and grades and are completely interchangeable with other manufacturers housings and filter elements.

The comprehensive product range enables greater flexibility for customers because of the greater choice.
