The CombiFlash® Rf+ improves your productivity whether you purify synthetic compounds, natural products, peptides, or polymers. With operating pressures up to 200 psi (13.8 bar) the CombiFlash Rf+ is compatible with both normal and reversed phase purification conditions.

The TLC to Gradient calculator automatically determines optimal separation parameters while minimizing run time.

There is no need to wait to access data - built in networking allows you to connect to the CombiFlash® Rf+ to monitor and remotely control your experiment, analyze data, and print to network printers.

View UV spectra in real time - during peak elution. Review the spectra to confirm that the system is monitoring the correct wavelength. Interactive screen lets you change parameters instantly during the run if another wavelength would be more appropriate.

Rapid column air purge prevents solvent from being discarded with the used column. It is better for the environment, safer in the lab, and eliminates messy column removal.

CombiFlash® Rf+ PurIon™

Verify before you purify

The CombiFlash Rf+ PurIon takes the guesswork out of your purification routine with mass directed purification. Identify your peak of interest at the time of elution with the advantage of targeted fraction collection. Simply instruct the Flash system to collect only those peaks matching the mass of your target compound, eliminating the need for further analysis and saving time in post-purification processing.

As with all other CombiFlash models, Teledyne Isco's intuitive PeakTrak® software lets you access all the commands you need from a single touchscreen. The method development screen facilitates confirmation of the detectable ions of your product, and helps you identify and set appropriate detection parameters prior to the purification process.

Syringe Pumps

1000D Syringe Pump

The 1000D is the largest of the Isco D-series pump modules, with 1-liter nominal cylinder capacity. It delivers precise, positive, pulseless flow over a range of 0.1 ml/minute to 400 ml/minute, at pressures from atmospheric to 2,000 psi.

Improved displacement resolution on this new model gives finer control over motor movement. Coupled to our patented servo circuit, this means the 1000D can deliver excellent flow accuracy without the need for external flow meters. You get low-flow precision at any pressure, plus the high speed smoothness and power of a DC motor.

The 1000D features 1/4" NPT fittings on inlet and outlet ports for less restriction in filling with viscous materials and for easy connection in pilot plant and other common applications. It also has a special piston wash gland that lets you rinse the cylinder wall behind the primary seal, reducing or eliminating corrosive or abrasive effects of the fluid being dispensed. The result is a longer lasting pump with lower maintenance costs.

500D Syringe Pump

Ideal for a wide range of chemical feed applications

The 500D is ideal for a wide range of chemical feed applications requiring flow rates up to 200 ml/min at pressures up to 3,750 psi. With its 500 ml cylinder capacity, this pump can deliver a precise 1 ml/minute for over 8 hours on a single fill. For non-stop continuous flow, see dual pump systems with a choice of valve packages.

As with all D-Series pumps, you'll get accurate, predictable flow and pressure control throughout a remarkable operating range. Patented digital position monitoring servo circuitry provides low-flow precision at any pressure, plus the high speed smoothness and power of a DC motor.

260D Syringe Pump

Our most popular model for Supercritical Fluids

The 260D was the first Isco D-Series pump module, and our first syringe pump designed specifically for refilling under high pressure and pressure programming to handle supercritical fluids. With pressure control to 7,500 psi (517 bar) and a flow rate range from sub-microliter to 100 ml/min, the 260D offers exceptional versatility for almost any type of R&D or method development with supercritical CO2 and other fluids. Dual-pump systems can provide the capability to meter solvent modifiers into the flow stream, or to deliver non-stop continuous flow.

The 260D is also used for a variety of other applications matching its flow and pressure specifications. For applications requiring pressures up to 10,000 psi and/or greater low-flow precision, see the 100D models.

100DX Syringe Pump

High Pressure Applications - up to 10,000 psi

The 100DX was developed initially to meet the demand for a 10,000 psi pump with fast flow and refill for Supercritical Fluid Extraction. It has also found many other applications for jobs requiring the combination of high pressure and flow rate up to 50 ml/minute. For the ultimate low-flow precision, we recommend the 100DM model, which has the same pressure rating but is geared for maximum flow of 30 ml/minute and double the displacement resolution of the 100DX.

Dual-pump 100DX systems are available with a choice of valve packages for non-stop continuous flow.

100DM Syringe Pump

Our best pulseless flow pump

The 100DM for the ultimate in low-flow precision solvent delivery pumps. With pressures up to 10,000 psi the 100DM has twice the displacement resolution as the 100DX. For applications such as HPLC or LC/MS requiring the best in pulseless flow the 100DM is the perfect choice.

Dual-pump 100DM systems are available with a choice of valve packages for non-stop continuous flow.

65D Syringe Pump

High Pressure Applications – up to 20,000 psi

The new 65D is our best pump for very high pressures or very low flow rates.

A dual-pump A65 system is available. 65D pump has 1/4" F-250 fittings for secure high-pressure connections.
Rugged single-ratio drive train has auto-lubricating gears to assure long life and low maintenance.

65DM Syringe Pump

High Pressure Applications – up to 10,000 psi

The new 65DM is an excellent pump for high pressures or very low flow rates.

30D Syringe Pump

High Pressure Applications - up to 30,000 psi

The 30D High Pressure Syringe Pump takes traditional syringe pumps to the next level of deep well core analysis. Not only does it handle exceptional low-flow stability with ease, but it gives you the ability to reach pressures of 30,000 psi. It is ideal for high-pressure experiments requiring precision control, such as: rock core analysis for hydrocarbon recovery studies in deep-well reservoirs; reactant feed in chemical process development; and proteomics research using nanobore capillary packed columns.

Technology Used

Oxygen – a choice of two Servomex paramagnetic transducers (standard or high accuracy) both offering fast selective measurement of oxygen without the disadvantages of electrochemical or zirconia cells.

Headline Filters

Headline Filters produce a wide range of products for the filtration industry, from filter elements, for coalescing or particulate duty, in a wide variety of industry-standard sizes to filter housings in a variety of materials for pressures up to 700 bar. To complement these products, we also offer a range of Membrane Separator housings for those applications requiring zero liquid entrainment.

Also available are disposable inline filters which offer the user a cost-effective and easy-to-replace robust filter suitable for portable analyser systems.

Headline Filters also produce adsorption products in a variety of forms, ideal for last-chance air purification and analyser protection. Disposable types eliminate the need to handle loose adsorbents although re-fillable versions are also available. Many different adsorbents are available to cater for virtually all requirements.

Compressed Air Filtration

These filters are suitable for a variety of gas and liquid applications. The disposable bonded microfiber filter elements are extremely efficient as well as being low cost. They offer high flow rates with very low pressure drops.
